Hello. I'm a creative producer and director working locally in both NYC and Los Angeles. I also work on the road, throughout the country and internationally.
I’ve created work for top advertising agencies on both coasts, including: 72andSunny, Droga5 and Havas. I have also produced and directed both editorial and advertising content for Condé Nast.
I’ve been trained as a storyteller and a filmmaker (documentary + narrative), and I draw upon this formal grounding in all my work.
I am most inspired by real human beings, and I bring a sincere focus and empathy to my work with on-camera talent in order to support authentic and compelling performances.
Before working in advertising, I produced non-fiction television, where I learned to produce and direct quickly and smartly with small crews in the field.
I spent my early years in New York City working in the independent film industry; as an assistant to directors and producers; as a shooter/producer for MTV; as a live event producer; and as a freelance writer for Filmmaker Magazine.
I have an MFA in Film Directing and Screenwriting from Columbia University, where my short thesis film Five Years won top honors, and was invited to screen at film festivals internationally.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia to creative parents: my mom was a designer in the fashion industry in New York City; and my dad redesigned and rebuilt Victorian homes in Philadelphia.
